What will we do at the museum?

Visiting the museum is a self-guided experience. We encourage groups to use our activity booklets to create a more focused and interactive experience. We will provide booklets and pencils to all scheduled groups on arrival. Please download the activity packets here. Alternatively, you may provide your own worksheets or activities for your group. Please download the Educator Welcome Package for pre and post-visit activities.

Before your experience, a museum staff member will give your group an introduction to the museum. The staff member can also include the following program elements booked in advance:
  • We can teach your group how to call 911
  • We can do a craft (for younger children)
  • We can process Operation Safe Child cards
